5 pax showed at 5am for a 3 mile negative split standard that started out feeling good at 9min miles but got harder as it went which is a great foreshadow for the Murph.

– Thanks to the 1stFQ Turncoat and the other MQs for taking on the convergance idea to get the pax together. We all got stronger as well as had great 2ndF on the journey.
– Great to see a lot of old faces back out and pushing themselves. A few (but not all) animals named for their incredible handing of the Murph: Uncle Rico, Geek, Bunyan crushing it overall, Gray Ghost best squats, Hoodie fastest man to the AO, El Chapo fastest man back to Jason's Deli. Ramrod for doing it all with a ruck.

– PopTart posted two beatdowns in a row which is more then he has done in 3 months total. Tclaps to him for that and for getting through it today.
