Pulled into Birkdale Commons parking lot at 5:27 to see Jobe running around the lot solo. Not sure exactly how long or far he went, but let’s just say he was warmed up.
0530 launched to Birkdale clubhouse (1 mile run)and Murph commenced.
What we know is some like to call cadence fast and get it over with, others like to take their time and work on form. 10 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 10 Merkins IC, 15 squats IC for a total of 100 pull-ups, 200 Merkins, and 300 squats.
Ran back to launch 1 mile.
Shared about upcoming Q v Q competition and we will have a few participants in this group. Also, lifted up prayers for 66’s daughters’ surgery this morning. From what I hear she is recovering now and surgery went well. Keep that family in your prayers.
