A shortened version of the Murph (6 of 10 sets) with jump squats instead of regular squats and light on the pull ups. We had time for a good Mary so next time we do at least 7 sets.
We (a group of skiers) will be doing this every Monday, regardless of Q, in case anyone else needs the squats to get their legs ready for ski season. Fair warning, YHC may grab more Sword Qs and repeato if open.

Yeah – we did have a “good Mary” at the end. Can’t wait to try a dirty Mary next time.
YHC will be assisting some of the “Vailers” (former F3ers who are now easing their way back to active AOs in preparation for the Vail trip in late Jan) with signing up to allow them to Q Mondays or Thursdays depending on open Q spots and offer exercises they need for their preparation but are obviously also good for the fitness of all pax in attendance.
Great having 10 pax get after it today.

Those jump squats made the Murph even worse. Who knew? Great Q, Calypso. I will jump into the Murph rotation as well as any other Amos which highlight leg strength.
