A shortened version of the Murph (6 of 10 sets) with jump squats instead of regular squats and light on the pull ups. We had time for a good Mary so next time we do at least 7 sets.
We (a group of skiers) will be doing this every Monday, regardless of Q, in case anyone else needs the squats to get their legs ready for ski season. Fair warning, YHC may grab more Sword Qs and repeato if open.
