Muscle Beach Day


8 men hit it hard at Muscle Beach…

Warmorama:

Butt Kicks, High Knees, SSH, Windmills, Toy Soldiers, run 2 laps around parking lot

The Thang:

11 stations – 10 reps at each station – ab exercise after each station

  1.  Squat – 60lb sandbag
  2.  Arnold Press – 30lb dumbbells
  3.  Bridge Press – 35lb kettlebells
  4.  Scaption – 15lb dumbbells
  5.  Clean Press – 30lb kettlebells
  6.  Sandbag Clean Press – 40lb bag
  7.  Bench Press – 40lb dumbbells
  8.  Curls – 30lb dumbbells
  9.  Curl, Press, Crush – 45lb kettlebell
  10.  Exercise Ball Fly – 25lb dumbbells
  11.  Step Ups – 20 lb kettlebells each hand

1st round- pax did 10 leg lifts after each station 

After completion of 1st round – 10 burpees

2nd round- pax did 15 LBC's after each station

After completion of the second round – 10 burpees
