Butt Kicks, High Knees, SSH, Windmills, Toy Soldiers, run 2 laps around parking lot
The Thang:
11 stations – 10 reps at each station – ab exercise after each station
- Squat – 60lb sandbag
- Arnold Press – 30lb dumbbells
- Bridge Press – 35lb kettlebells
- Scaption – 15lb dumbbells
- Clean Press – 30lb kettlebells
- Sandbag Clean Press – 40lb bag
- Bench Press – 40lb dumbbells
- Curls – 30lb dumbbells
- Curl, Press, Crush – 45lb kettlebell
- Exercise Ball Fly – 25lb dumbbells
- Step Ups – 20 lb kettlebells each hand
1st round- pax did 10 leg lifts after each station
After completion of 1st round – 10 burpees
2nd round- pax did 15 LBC's after each station
After completion of the second round – 10 burpees
