Continue to the playground

Q explains HIIT.  6 exercises, 30 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest between each move.  Our moves today:
Burpees, Pull-ups, High Knees, Deep Squats, Burpee Pull-ups, Toes to bar
Repeato for  3  total rounds in 12 minutes

Run back to ELHS, Stop at the benches for 20 OYO Bench Dips

Continue to ELHS, Plank at Launch Pad

Dodge the mud as we mosey back to the rock pile

10 IC of some kind or ‘Merican (Diamond, Chest to ground, Standard)
Rotate 2 rocks
Repeato x3 but 3rd round was 5 IC for everything

  • 30 seconds of pull-ups requires an all-out effort.  T-Claps to the PAX for hanging in there.  I say hanging in there because YHC was hanging for the last 10 seconds
