Warmup:
SSH x 20 IC
Monkey Humpers x 10 IC + Thigh Stretch
Cotton Pickers x 10 IC + Ham Stretch
Merkins x 10 IC + Arm Circles Forward and Backward
The Thang:
To the track for a warmup lap
Walking Forward Lunges x 25 per leg
Side Walking Lunges 20 x per leg
Lap around track then repeato other direction down track above lunges
Dips on Bleachers: 30 reps, 20 reps and 15 reps
Mosey to Pullup Area:
5-10 Standard pullups OYO
Drop for 20 Diamond Merkins OYO
5-10 Chinups
Drop for 20 Wide Merkins
5-10 Mountain Climber Pullups
Drop for 20 Merkins
30 squats OYO
Mosey to parking:
30 seconds max Burpees x sets
1 minute of wresting drill (parking spot line touch drill)
1 minute hot foot, side to side drill
1 minute hot foot, front to back drill

-My take is get to work, work on significant things. Don’t “wish” for things that you aren’t willing to put the work in for.
