Grab a rock and Zamp to the bottom of the hill. Each pax led a 10x IC exercise of their choosing, run to top of hill, 1 burpee and back. Exercises ranged from- curls, skulls, military, bent row, flutter, Shambala, squats, merkins, etc
2nd round add to the run. Run to top, 1 burpee, run to bottom, 1 burpee, run to top, 1 burpee, and back.
