Mosey to the top of hill and back

25 Jumping Jacks

20 High Kicks                

15 Windmills

Small arm circles

Large arm circles

The Thang

48 sets total with 45 secs work then 15 secs rest. 
Jumping Jacks

Jump rope 

Squat Engines

Skate Mills

Burpees

Upright plank

Mt Climbers

Elbow plank

Block curls

Then Repeat for 48 total sets…
