*Grab a block and move to the track.
*Half the PAX do an exercise while the others takes a lap arpund the track as the counter.
-Curls, merkins, skull crushers, carolina dry docks, should press, step ups, chest press, squats.
-A few hallelujah laps around the track were mixed in (block over your head)
