My kind of weather for a February…..a balmy 48 or so….perfect!
Started at the Green with the usual warm-up: SSH, Squats (Slow tight form), Imperial Storm Trooper, Mtn Climber, Some arm circles then Mericans, Reverse Alt Lunge all 15-20 in cadence. Mosey over to LN Christian for the workout: In an effort to keep us out of each others way we broke off into 3 groups…It kind of worked.
1st group Pull-ups x 10, 2nd group in parking lot Push-ups x 20, 3rd group at picnick tables one legged squats x 10 each leg. After this station run to Spring St and back to Pull-ups. Ran the circuit 3 times. fast guys got to do wall squats until all completed. Don't think they cared for that…oh well. Next circled it up for a mixture of Mary, Squat Jumps, Carolina Dry Docks, Diamond Mericans and Wide Mericans all X 15 in cadence. Back to the Green for a little more Mary and finished with Incline Mericans x 15 BARELY!!
Also present: 1 FNG Brent, Wirley and Paul Shaffer….Hats off to PS…Way to hang in!
