- 3 Corners with lots of stops and activities:
- 25KB Swings/ 15 Dips
- Next Corner: 15 Skullcrushers/Bearcrawls
- Midcorner: 15 Gobblet Squats
- Last Corner: 25 Curls / 25 LBC
Dora/Pick a partners
- 200KB Swings/Run to the end/ 5 Burpees
- 200 Bent Over Rows/Run to the end/ 5 Eight Count Body Builders
- 200 Upright Chest Press/Run to the end/ 10 Dips

I will be the first one to admit that this winter I have been extremely lazy, but the motivation to come out and Q this morning was enought to get me out of bed. Thank you for that.
