A welcoming Friday as I setup early for the workout and didn’t realize we would be sharing the space with FIA. Unfortunately, some of my cones were parked over by the FIA pax. Thank you to Frogger for getting underneath a car to pick them up

Pretty standard with some SSH, IST , Slow Windmill, Cherry Picker, Dwight Shrute, Leg kicks.
Round 1 Timer set to 15 minutes for pax to attempt to complete sets.
3 KB snatches, run up a level of the garage and perform 1 Merrican,
For this round after each set increase your Merican by 1
Round 2: Timer set to 8 minutes to complete sets.
3 shoulder Presses and then lunge to the first set of cones.
Round 3: timer set to 5 minutes to complete sets.
1 Turkish get up, increase by one for every set completed.
