Yes, half of the PAX were late!
when i called low curl Soprano said his trainer AKA Airstream said they are a waste of time.
when I called stagger merkin another PAX, i think popcorn, said my trainer said they are not a good exercise to do
when I called one legged burpee more PAX said, my trainer said……
well, the “my trianer said ……” continued thru the rest of the workout
Tuffy had a huge 40lb KB, i think the 1 arm shoulder press and skull crushers were Tuff for Tuffy

I think AM-PM had the 40. I had a measly 35
