Mosey with rocks to b-ball courts for 4 corners with a rock. Start at 2 and work your way up with 4 exercises:
Rock curls corner 1
Rock squats corner 2
Rock press corner 3
Rock twist corner 4
Run the court; shuffle the baseline; back-pedal the court; shuffle the baseline & repeato
Side crawl the baseline
Bear crawl the length of the court
Side crawl the baseline
Bear crawl the length of the court
Run the two courts- easy, 25% effort, 50% effort, & 80% effort

Canuck has the most knowledgeable massage therapist in Isotope. She is like Cliff Clavin with her esoteric knowledge and he gets to share it with us.
Hippie is on Sabbatical and loving every moment. We all had to leave coffeteria to start our day and he was happy to stay and have another cup.
Possum started to pull away from us during the rock work and almost lapped us. Strong as always brother.
Waffle House didn’t appear to suffer any lingering effects from his leg strain on Saturday as he crushed the workout today.
Shaken anticipated we would be mostly running today and dressed for it. Hope you weren’t too disappointed or cold from the boot camp work. Thanks for the coffee as well. I got you next time.

Great mix of strength and cardio… high reps with those rocks! If my math is correct 110 reps for curls, squats, shoulder presses and oblique twists.

I needed my own sabbatical from Ultraman’s 45 lb kettle bell after getting partnered up with him for consecutive workouts, so I Qed Fallout which included ANOTHER DORA and burning pain with rocks and blocks. Why????????
