5 PAX came out on the start of the holiday weekend to find out who the Mystery Q was and yep you guessed it was Rocket.
The main premise of the workout was using bricks. Each PAX had to carry 2 bricks throughou the workout and partake in various excercises. I used much of the various aspects that this AO has to offer and did a variety of things resulting in very sore arms and legs.
Here are a few tidbits from the moleskine:
1. Blackbeard was his usual self offering up his humurous quips throughout the workout.
2. Firestone and Master Po – arrived together (same as Olaf and I). Seems like me and Olaf have a competitor for the Mandate award.
3. Topgun brought his usual military style and I couldn't really understand the counts during the cadence but he did add flare which was a good thing.
4. Olaf didn't melt this time and did a fine job, except for the crabwalks, he claims his arms are too short. He might have a point there…
