Nachos, beer, and SNF… six hours before a workout = recipe for awesome

AO

Last night my beloved Philadelphia Eagles had the Sunday Night Football matchup, at the impressive LA Rams.  Despite an otherwise mediocre season, I felt it nessecary to support my team as a true fan should (with wings and nachos and beer… and staying awake and out for every second).  A glorious and unexpected victory was had, peasants throughout the land rejoiced.  I don't think the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings rejoiced, as being on the clock until midnight on a Sunday is lame.  But nevertheless; they witnessed my jubilation, and their souls were filled with holiday spirit.

TL;DR: beers and nachos and staying up until midnight watching football is a BAD substitute for a Standard.

Moleskin:

  1. Warm welcome to Hasselhoff, a first-timer to Titan coming out strong!
  2. Bob Ross made a thunderous return (actually the thunder was my gas, Bob Ross was rather quiet in his domination of the pavement this morning).
  3. And The Force – our resident "I'm not a runner" runner.  Kudos on a fantastic FIRST half marathon brother!
  4. Dirt: I'm pretty sure that was an HC on Saturday night… a debt must be paid.
  5. Christmas party is in 355 days, start planning now!
  6. Samson looking for some Q's, Hasselhoff says don't be shy!  And if not Samson, talk to The Force about The Wilderness.  Winter can be a challenging time of year for MQ's, we all appreciate the help if you're staying in-town and can step up!
  7. Speaking of schedules… regulars at Titan please note: 12/24 we've got Tantrum on deck, 12/31 will CANCEL, 1/7 Clydesdale services shall resume with the five-miler.  Rest up and let's hit the bricks strong in 2019.  And with that… I'm done for the year (traveling for a long Christmas out of town – please don't rob me – feel free to do burpees in my driveway though).
