What does the skinny backblast look like, here we go:

Jolly agreed to take the first half, I’d take the second half.  Jolly was late so we flap-jacked.

  • We warmed up, then moseyed (new conjugation for me) to the jungle gym

  • 5 sets of 10 pull-ups, 20 merkins, 20 WW2 sit-ups

Then Jolly took the reigns:

  • We moseyed some more:

  • 10 step-ups each leg, 10 dips, people’s chair, repeato

  • Pick a partner: push-pull, wheelbarrels, partner carry

  • Back to where we started, and everybody picked some Mary
