YHC arrived at the bandstand and was happy the stage lights were not on today. The music started and the stretching began. Over the course of the workout we did the following moves:

Plank Arm extension
Calf raises
Eccentric Holds
Warrior
Cat & Cow
Cobbler
Spinal Tap
Pigeon
Nantucket
Through out the workout the mumble chatter was non-stop, as expected. This is always a great way to break up the week and get some much needed mobility work. And, if you Q, you can focus on weak spots or pain you are feeling and work it into the plan. Until next time…
