FNG-1 = Grumpy  Hoping his F3 registration will come through soon- he’s posted pretty regularly for a couple of months. Of course, it was just requested, so there will be some vetting, interviews, background checks and the obligatory  drug test. 

The rest of the pax was a bunch of old guys, except Fast Pitch, who claims to be in his 40s. Not sure about that, TBH. 

Anywho, we stayed mostly dry and completed a nice mini-tour of Birkdale, visiting Barnes and Nobles under cover, a not-very-dry parking garage, a pretty dry theatre entrance and we had a respite from the rain as we visited the old fountain/ flower beds  

No pax were any more injured when they left than they were when they began and we all get to look askance at any others who failed to post this morning.  

The ever-trusty Apple device on my wrist claims we got in a 5k today.  Oh, and if you were wondering what NATA stands for: Not At This Address.  Before we wrapped up we went door to door up and down the various steps but never did find what we were looking for.  

Luckily, our anterior mid cingulate cortexes all functioned flawlessly today! 

JB mentioned the recent loss of a good friend and the importance of taking care of yourself; not being too proud to see a Doc when you know you should.  Sorry for your loss, Jersey, and thank you for your story.
