- Some exercises started with alternating arms but had a late and unannounced change to simultaneous arms. Q is shifty
- Official theme song of male high school substitute teachers is "Don't stand so close to me" by the Police
- FNG Brandon comes to F3 from the Coulwood area. He currently lives 1/4 mile away from where grew up and has spent his whole life in Charlotte. He is a supervisor of inspectors and a BBQ'er of some mighty fine swine. Since he was brought to F3 thru an invite from 911, the numerology naming convention continues, and he is now known in these parts as "704". Welcome aboard!
- Love me some bricks. I have issues
- Grip provided the inspiration for the impromptu shoulder press/shadow boxing by humming the Rocky theme on one of the laps. Give me some meat to punch!
- Congrats to both the proud parents with children attending the school and any alumni, but that was one ugly arse b ball game
- Save the date – April 22 morning of work at Paw Creek elementary starting at 8:30 am. Planning to move our usual Saturday workout at Riverbend to Paw Creek to earlier that morning. We will then proceed to, among other things, dig a garden, build some wooden garden boxes, erect a pergola, and certainly have fun and fellowship. More details to follow, but greatly appreciate the support
- Strong showing men!
