12 men came out to ManMaker to test their "metal" and determine which exercise would be crowned the victor. In a 32 exercise tournament, we worked our way through the bracket madness tabata-style.
(Very Brief) Warm-Up
Lots to get through, so we started with I.C. 10 x SSH and Cotton Picker.
The Thang:
30 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each exercise.
Ran a lap of the parking lot after round 1 and after the Sweet 16.

Moleskin:
– We wound our way through 62 exercises and in the end, the Full Curl was determined to be champion. Congratulations Full Curl — you're the best!!
– This was fun, but we needed a little more time between tabata rounds, as the Q got confused several times about what exercise was next.
– Thankful for all the men that came out today — good, hard working group and very little complaining, even though we ran over by a couple minutes.
