REFLECTION
Those that know my Q's are aware I pull some motivation from the National Day Calendar and lo and behold today is National Q Day (better known as Cat Herder's Day). Q's can sometime feel this way. However, you are honing your skills as leaders whether you now it or not. I asked to think about how nervous you were at your first Q, your 5th, your 20th? It gets easier, not everyone as there are always setbacks, but this opportunity helps you hone leadership skills in a "safe" environment. BTW…don't stop at 5 or 20. I challenge each of you reading to Q at least once a month next year.

-Doolittle expresses he opted for SVU over running today (me knowing we would be on the move most of the time) but kept it under 2 miles and he smoked it
-Good to see Mully back in the regular mix recently. Sounds like he has a good un planned for Thursday.
-Got to finally meet Country Living and spend a little time with him. Glad to have you as part of the group. His squats were deeper than the holler.
-Gecko is now getting some pressure to post his backblast (from May). Sounds like it's a masterpiece and the website may not be able to support all the content.
-Shirley has to change gears (to 2nd) to smoke the PAX on the jailbreak #SoFast. Disclaimer to maybe steer clear of his flights for the next month or so until the rust clears.
-Word is Strudel did the Knerkins just on his thumbs (beast mode)
-Mater has a new menu item coming soon (just don't ask how the hot dog is made)
-Dandy for some reason doesn't like any of the exercises. Maybe they were too simple and didn't include 5+ movements with a block, or maybe just that they weren't in French
-Blessed to have Cheetah out for a mid-week sweat fest. Sounds like he's got his merkin quota for 2021 already covered.
