The Moleskine:
-
The official F3 anniversary date was on January 7, 2016 at Overlook/Cobalt, so we took some liberties with celebrating the Nattiversary today
-
That initial workout included Arizona, El Tigre and Hambone as collective Q’s, with additional Pax representation from 66, Blackbeard, Jaws, Jingle Bells, Pinky, Sparty, Tantrum and TBone
-
Grip was testing the boundaries for wearing shorts this morning with temperatures at 25 degrees at launchtime. His testes are expected to re-descend by Groundhog Day
-
The more partners one has, the higher ones risk of contracting an STD. This workout created potential for an F3TD
-
Overheard at the turn on every lap: "whoop whoot woo"
-
The hearty batch of chili he enjoyed yesterday has rendered Grips flatulence ventriloquism skills completely and utterly useless
-
There was opportunity for fartsacking this morning with the CFB championship game on so late. Appreciate the efforts to make it out there gang
-
Special shout out to Pinky for the positive peer pressure and influence he exerted in getting this fat arse to initially post for a workout. It’s been one helluva fun run
-
The initial workout a year ago included this nugget in the backblast (emphasis added): I would say the launch of Cobalt was a success. Hopefully the common ground between The Quarry and The Estate, and not to mention the great untapped brothers of Overlook will sustain and grow F3.
-
I think I finally learned how to count
-
Q is very thankful for the past year of growth thru F3 in the areas including, but not limited to, spiritually, physically and humorously
-
Happy Nattiversary, bee-atches!
