Today’s line of the day involved discussion of the proper form of the bridge and how you can tell if you doing it correctly. To paraphrase, if you can confidently state that while in the possession of a penny and a sledgehammer, you still were unable to shove anything up your butt then you are in fact performing the bridge correctly.
