- It was reported that neighbors in the hood thought that the guys in the F3 workouts were in “SEAL training”. With the early am launches, the rigorous workouts, rain, sleet, or shine, calisthenics, boot camp style workouts, I can see where this may be the case.
- It was over-heard during the workout “major pectoralis” in reference to the so-called seal training.
- Fun workout with a lot of mumble chatter, some about pharmaceutical remedies to certain medical conditions.
