Over to Blocks

Curls x 10 IC, Skull Crusher x 10 IC x Shoulder Press x10  Run down to dumpster  x 3 times

Back to Dora

Excercises 100 wide grip merkins, 200 monkey humpers, 300 moutain climbers

Down to Wall

Squats with Shoulder Press x 20 IC

Low Flutters x 20 IC

2 x above

Run back to Start for Mary

3 miles total run plus the excercises
