5 deep for Cobalt. FNG-1 is Matt Kaspar, who is a good friend of mine. This was his first F3 workout and he came down from Huntersville to join us. We've been talking about it for a while……glad he was able to come down and get the experience. Disclaimer and we got rolling.

Main Event
Mosey to boat launch parking lot for some gazebo work. Pick a picnic table for 4 rounds of the following: 15 derkins, 15 dips, 15 step-up's 15 abs (varied by round – LBC's, Leg lifts, American Hammer, Crunchy Frog).
Mosey back to entrance to clubhouse for skinny version of the Beast set. Run up the hill stopping at each mailbox (6 in total). Alternate between merkins and leg lifts at each box. 2 rounds (maybe it was 3).
Had some time for Mary. Jacknife LBC's, Box Cutters (NOT reverse box cutters), WWII's and a few more.
Moleskin
- Humidity was thick but we powered through it. Great work Kaspar on your first F3 workout. Called me later that day and said "what you doing tomorrow for a workout?". Next workout we can get you a proper name.
- Grip and Q exchanged pleasantries throughout which is common these days. Appreciate all the life advice man.
- Lots of good chatter. Should have written the backblast a few days ago so I could remember it all. Birthday parties, lake time, friends coming up for the weekend, etc etc.
