While all Pax had some hard choices to select from on Friday morning (The Cauldron/The General/4 Banger), Emmaus still had some of F3’s finest join us today.
Red October, Gnarly Goat, and Black Eyed Pea did a mosey/ruck hybrid.
Drebin, Crocs, Rodeo, and YHC started with a slow mosey for the Bootcamp to Checkpoint 1 for Warmarama. Along the way, Frogger and Blackbeard were on the green comparing biceps *bicep*. We wanted to show our love by doing a few MH’s (x10) for which Frogger and Blackbeard had premium seats with a great view. They seemed to enjoy the show *monkey*. YHC cares and we aim to please.

-52 card pickup (draw a card/face-card results in a B2W/all other cards result in pax choice of exercise for the number of reps on the card)
-YHC shuffled the deck several times, but Rodeo still wanted to cut the deck (which was a bad decision). He had Vegas luck and the face cards kept coming. Needless to say we did:
-4 rounds of BTW, which led to the last two draws somehow becoming Inclined ‘Mericans x20, and Praying Mantis x20.
-Non-wall exercises included lunges, side lunges, glute bridge, burpees, ‘Mericans, WW II’s, lbc’s, squats, etc.

I have enjoyed getting to know Drebin recently. I learned that he went to NC State. Depending on the NCAA football polls, they are assumed to be ranked somewhere between 11-13. Who knows?
Great to see Rodeo. He just got back from NY Thursday night, but wait, how did he Q Samson on Thursday and be in NY at the same time?*movember* Some questions are just hard to answer.
Crocs was recovering from the pool party after Night Ranger. He’s always a gracious host. He also could crush any exercise at anytime/any day, and yet remains humble and doesn’t show off. Crocs always lifts up everyone around him.
*As my one year F3 Manniversary approaches next week (9/8), Crocs and Rodeo are two reasons as to why I kept coming back after my first few posts. They always pulled me in to be part of the group (as did many others). They inquired to get to know me, and provided encouragement.
BTW, I hope to see you all for my Manniversary at the Cauldron on 9/9 (convergences welcomed) *hammertime*. I didn’t want to compete with Gambini on 9/8 since we were named on the same day and are basically brothers/twins (at least by F3 standards-definitely not identical though because he’s better looking than me, so we’ll just go with fraternal). I’ll be at his post on 9/8 to show my respect *clapping*.
