Reflection
1 Peter 4:8 – Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sin.
Moleskin
YHC’s arms are still not functioning and in a lot of pain after a run of Bellz, IPC, and Murph this past week. The block workout seemed to loosen things up a bit though.
I suppose you’ve figured out by now that Mater and YHC are pretty close, perhaps more so this morning than in recent memory. Hey, don’t judge.
Pickle pounders by the glow of ELHS’s digital street sign are a crowd-pleaser for sure.
Running around the campus in the dark with a cinder block is challenging and yet provides an element of danger that is as satisfying as it gets for an F3 workout.
Be sure to make it out to LKN Brewery this evening by 6:30 to run/ruck/fellowship.
Geesh, can you believe September is over already?
As always, an honor.
