The THANG:
Most of the Pax did at at least (1) 5k loop from Robbins Park, to Birkdale, down to the Greenway, up to Westmoreland, and back to Robbins Park via Catawba. Then another 15 or so did another loop @ 0530. Good times.
Moleskin:
- Garcia is still fast. Gray Ghost is still fast. Honey Bee is still fast. Dallas is still fast.
- The humidity is real @ 0500 and worse @ 0530.
- Solid #s for a running workout. 20+ for the 0500 Standard is solid.
- Hope to make this 5k loop a segment for training purposes. Anyone can do that on Strava? I can send route.
