4 men gathered at the dark and gloomy latta springs pool lot, only guided by a single blinky on a tree…..
I set out to build a 3 mile run and pain route and we got close, by my watch we hit 2.75
out the pool around latta, over to pamela, a touch of off-roading, and possibly a hill
some exercises every 1/4 mile or so and it was a wrap.
