Arm circles followed by love yourself

20 x IC copperhead squats

20 Count KB overhead hold

Quick cardio – Sprint to sign, run back

 

Session 1 (IC – 4 counts)

30 x OYO Russian Swings (eye level swing) 

10 x IC Row Right

10 x IC Row left

10 x IC Goblet Squat

10 x IC Skull Crusher (tricep extension)

10 x IC Sidewinder 

10 x IC goblet curl right

10 x IC goblet curl left

20 x IC goblet curl

Sprint to sign, run back

 

Session 2

30 x OYO 'Merica Swings (swing to top overhead)

10 X IC Goblet Thruster

10 x IC push press (chest to overhead) 

10 x IC Hammer Curl Right

10 x IC Hammer Curl Left

10 x IC Goblet Squat Curl #MeTooMater

10 x IC Around the Body right

10 x IC Around the Body left

10 x IC Russian twists

10 x IC Clean jerk left

10 x IC Clean jerk right

20 x IC goblet curl

Sprint to sign, run back

 

Session 3

Pick an exercise and call the cadence 

Lawnmower pulls right and eventually left, LBCs with KB, KB squats, trifectas, plank kb rows left and right, others that I don’t recall

Isaiah 40:29-31

 “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.

As we are tired and weary with the struggles of life (family matters, careers, personal struggles) let us gain strength that comes with being a Christ follower.
