-100 yard side shuffles is no joke.
-Squat timebomb still needs a little tweaking. I like Ultraman's idea of Al Gore while you aren't squatting. Well, on second thought…
-Hippie was brutal with the Maktar Ndjai and 15 to boot!
-Tagless is a quieter guy, but a beast during a workout!
-Great group this morning. Lots of encouragement. I LOVE that I was the warbaby!
-Hippie's FIL (Thomas) in our prayers for comfort and healing.
-Polar Bear is February 4th. Mark your calendars
