Warm up:

25 SSH in cadence

10 windmills

10 cotton pickers

10 slow deep merkins in cadence

1 warm up lap around the church.

Workout:

Mosey across the street behind the school to the "Stairway to Heaven."

At bottom of said stairway we did 50 double count Mason twist. We then Merkined up the stairway to the basket ball court, once we reached the top of the stairs you then had to bear crawl to the next set of stairs to which you, once again, merkin shuffled up the stairs. This lasted for 3 rounds. Once at the top, on round 1 you would do 30 double count squats. On round 2 you did 25 lunges each leg. Finally round 3 we did, you guessed it, 20 of everyone's favorite exercise, the burpee.
