20 reps of the following exercises, most with dumbbells except for Merkins:
- Eccentric Hammers
- Eccentric Curls
- Alternate Wide / Close Handed Bent Rows
- Incline Merkins
- Decline Merkins
- Clean Press
- 1,1,2 Tri- Kicks
- Masons
- Boat Press
Moleskin:
- Q made the audible of having workout in the Gazebo due to the moist morning. Good call due to rain becoming heavy at end of the workout.
- FNG Stephen Lackey lives in the Overlook by the clubhouse, has a couple of kids, loves the neighborhood.
- Slow Roll and Pinky ran a 5K prior to workout, Kudos fellas. Tigre ran a mile of the 5K
- The race has begun for attendance in the new year! Pinky is off to the best start. Slow and Grip in tight race already. Slow Roll is going out of town, so Grip will have a good lead this week. On / Off books workouts discussed, but decided that off book workouts didn’t count.
- Slow ran 977 miles last year, an average of 2.68 miles a day last year. Outstanding bro!
