Warm up:

  • SSH’s x 15 (IC)
  • IST’s x 12 (IC)
  • These Things … (Toy Soldiers) x 10 (IC)
  • Partner up: mosey to the bottom of the park, stopped along the way to pick up a rock and head to the north east corner of the parking lot

The Thang:

  • note: the jungle gym is new and no longer has a pull-up station, as such …
  • Partner 1 runs to the picnic benches and does 10 merkins, partner 2 executes the DORA exercise
  • The DORA exercises
    • 150 rock squats
    • 150 Low back things
    • 150 single-leg lunges
    • 200 curls
    • 150 calf raises
    • 150 skull crushers
  • After each round, a side serving of mobility was consumed

 

  • Mosey back to the launch (stopping to return the rock and a slice of mobility dessert)
  • Recover-recover
