- Partner 1 runs to the picnic benches and does 10 merkins, partner 2 executes the DORA exercise
- The DORA exercises
- 150 rock squats
- 150 Low back things
- 150 single-leg lunges
- 200 curls
- 150 calf raises
- 150 skull crushers
- After each round, a side serving of mobility was consumed
- Mosey back to the launch (stopping to return the rock and a slice of mobility dessert)
