After a quick warm up lap we circled for:

20x SSH

15x Cotton Pickers

15x Windmills

13x Emperial StormTroopers

1x 100 yard sprint.

 

Moved over to football field for Combine testing:

2x 40 yard Dashes

60 seconds of max # of Pushups (Bench Press)  Ultraman was tops at 65 I think!

40 yards of Frog Hops-(Broad Jump)

20 Knee Slap squat leaps(Vertical Jump)

1x suicide(cone drill)

Repeato for good measure.

The Moleskin

  1. It was an honor to lead you men.  
  2. 495 LBC’s,  45 Mericans, 45 Burpees, ….Ended up with around 1000 reps of various exercises .  Nice Job!
  3. Six packs were forming during workout!  Lots-o-crunches!
  4. 60 seconds worth of push ups is harder than it sounds
  5. Not a lot of mumble chatter but there was a lot of something coming from Toxics way.  May want to get that checked out!
  6. Glad we didn't do the Michigan!
  7. Looking forward to leading again- Thank you!
