Starting in basement of deck, run to top stopping at each southside flat for named exercise. Once at top do exercise and run back to bottom, DOWN exercise starts at next flat and finishes in basement.  Repeato…. 

  • Round 1:  UP: 15 Jump Squat, DOWN:  15 Dips
  • Round 2:  UP:  10 Burpees, DOWN: 15 CDD
  • Round 3:  UP:  15 Mtn Climbers, DOWN: 15 Merkin

I love WIB workouts, chances are if I Q I will do one.  They are 45-min of constant movement and give all PAX the opportunity to push themselves regardless of level of fitness. If you don't like where you stacked up against the other PAX, what are you going to do to get better?   Are you pushing yourself during workouts or just going through the motions?

 

Great to see some new (old) faces out for Nightranger, ya'll killed it.  This workout has continualy grown stronger over the past few years, especially through Covid.  Nightranger was a sanity escape from being locked up all day at home, a place to keep an eye on your brothers, and an avenue to debaterant about just about anything.
