At 0500 8 of 9 PAX rolled out for a 2.5ish mile out and back loop. An out and back loop. It’s a thing, trust me. Along the way we stopped for x10IC Mericans. Once we returned to the BUX we finished with x10IC air squats and x15IC LBCs. It was wet, but not raining. Jimmy O went solo with a ruck on his back through the Village that is Birkdale
At 0530, we huddled with our hot coffee for discussion on the Daily Red Pill or DRP. DRP is F3 lexicon for the HIMs choice each day to accelerate his faith, fellowship and fitness. It was an awesome discussion filled with examples of how to turn pro. This included setting a reminder to “schedule your attention” when you come home from work. This reminds you to put down the screen and focus on your family. Another example was embracing the interests of your 2.0 so that you can spend quality time with them once they become teens. All in all, it was a great discussion with everyone participating. It was an honor to lead!
