NO Blocks but we still had a Great Time @ The Foundry

In preparation for a Pit Stop beatdown (tomorrow), we did not do the usual "block" workout because some how the Q was convinced that blocks would be in his future. So a traditional bootcamp beatdown was the plan, with plenty of movement and mumble chatter opportunities.

Here's what we did:
