No Catard? Whew!

As I reflect on the Q v. Q event held this morning I can look and notice that every guy who posted was a guy both Jolly and I have known, worked out with, and have done crazy CSAUP events with for many years.  Burner pulled me through a rough leg encouraging me when I was in extreme discomfort when I did a 6 man BRR with Moses several years ago.  Tagless lead me and others brilliantly as a team member on his BRR team (twice). Titan has Q'd countless beatdowns, with humor and flair…Fenway and I repelled down a building in CLT as part of a SportClips sponsored Special Olympics event, Jersey Boy…well, He's Jersey Boy with his unique exercises, Primo whose been my swim buddy, Boar Hog, who is always there on Saturday…Duvall?  Hell, he's MOTY and has all the charisma Davidson can muster…  AS I listed all the guys I realized how much I have enjoyed all their company and respect them for who they are and strive to be as men.  Mooch, Hall Monitor, Waffle HOuse, Fescue, Ramrod…you guys are always stepping up and always participating in CSAUP events, leading our region…

The bottom line: I so appreciate the comraderie of this group and this morning was perfect.  Jolly kept up the friendly and quite humorous banter that kept the workout's challenge almost imperceptible.

Guys, lets all be thankful for yet another great morning workout.  Step out of bed each morning and dont' forget that the bootcamp workout is still our mainstay, still our foundation.  It creates the most community!
