Next:

Bam bams x 6 (not sure anyone did these with me, but i think a good number did (Smores not one of them i figured when i heard him say, "he's not even looking up so he doesn't know if we are doing this with him")

Mosey down for a little Mary

Moleskin:

  • i usually workout at home on saturday, but this is 2 in row for me and am loving it, so hope to keep it going
  • A large number of PAX today for me to see 20 guys, many of which said they wouldn't have come had they followed twitter, so YHC was a little hurt, but good to see a big number anyway!
  • Thanks to all the chatter that i couldn't hear over the music, but assumed it was just encouraging me to keep doing as much as possible.
  • Thanks to Moses for taking us out, a true HIM.
  • Thanks to all at F3 that push me every week and keep my mind, body and spirit going

Till next time,
