Tabata time – Merkins

  • Partner is the timer
  • Partner 2 does Merkins breaking for 10 seconds after 10 Reps (one PAX leads the effort)
  • Tabata ends when all PAX return from lap around the park (1/3 mile)
  • Flapjack

Wanted to do another Tabata, but not enough time, sorry all!

Moleskin:

  • Good work today from all the PAX
  • Good to see Olive and Jersey Boy, don't cross paths much with them, so good to see their smiling faces
  • Olive is beast on those burpees, was always first to finish!
  • Mad respect for Jersey Boy…period
  • Not many of the Viking regulars out there…a little hurt by  that, but i'll be ok
