Short warm up lap around the parking lot (maybe 400m)
Workout
Follow each exercise with 5 merkins;
15 x KB Uhauls IC
15 x KB Lawn Mower Pulls OYO (each arm)
15 x KB Skull Crushers IC
15 x KB Curls IC
15 x KB Goblet Squats OYO
15 x KB Swings
Repeato, but for each repeat set reduce reps by 5 (10, 5). Continue to do 5 merks between each exercise. Then;
Round Robin – In round robin fashion, each PAX will lead an exercise of their choosing with the number of reps desired.
