A recent Gallop Poll confirmed PAINinsula is the most attended AO around and for good reason.  The camaraderie on Tuesday morning at HT Jetton that has developed over the years is quite impressive. Close friendships, numerous team relay races together  and PAX who truly have deep and meaningful relationships make this AO one which is a model of everything that is great about F3! Thank you Outlaw for your strong leadership here as MQ.  Prayers up for your recovery brother…there’s a void when you’re not here and you were missed.

no jockeying for position this morning just a bunch of thoroughbreds trying to “stirrup” their fitness by running the horseshoe. It’s recommend as proper recover PAX consume a couple sugar cubes and maybe an apple or carrot. Fortunately the “rein” held off this morning.
