Happy Birthday Jenny
We had a birthday surprise that was not revealed until the end of the workout, but it was a great callout none the less. Since this back blast is being written well after the workout was completed, I also have insider information because I was there, that Jenny did a “Double Down” as well and attended Night Ranger. And as far as any of us know, Jenny's M was going to be a part of a triple down but that is hearsay at this point…
Back to the matter at hand, the Mad Scientist back blast. Here is what we did:
WARMARAMA
We ran around a little bit and met in the basement of the DPK parking garage for some SSH, IST, Carrot Puller, Merkins, and some other stuffs. We then grabbed a Block and partnered up.

JimmyO, thank you for the opportunity to lead the PAX this morning. It's always enjoyable; the parking lot is magical.
PAX, I appreciate you trusting in me to lead you through a complete workout and I'm glad that everyone got through it without injury. There was a fair amount of mumble chatter but that is to be expected.
I've been asked to add a little bit more movement and less block work in the future. I will take that under advisement.
