Four men showed in the gloom and we did our best to get a good sweat.  That was way easier in the very humid weather.

  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins

THE THANG

we grabbed blocks.

  • 10x cheat press with abs
  • 10x 45 degree press
  • 10x rock the block
  • 10x weighted BBC
  • mosey to the building 
  • 30 sec peoples chair
  • peoples chair exercise
  • 30 sec balls to the wall
  • 15x Muhammad Alis
  • mosey back to the blocks

and we did this 3x.

then we moseyed around the loop, did a mobility moment and Mary, and recover recover.

1.6 miles covered, 598 calories burned, 5 pints of water left our bodies in the humid air, and 4 men + 1 dog ready for their days.
