4 Pax got it done at Dragon Slayer this morning. Here’s the summary:

Welcome/Disclaimer

Mosey from base to Checkpoint 2 for Warmarama (IC):

-Side Straddle Hop 30 (60)

-Slow Wind Mill x10

-Toy Soldiers x20 (40)

-Lil’ Professor/Dwight Schrute/long snapper/carrot puller/slippery dip can/soap locator x10

The Thang:

A round of 52 card pickup:

-Each Pax drew a card;

-Royal-cards (including Aces just for fun) result in a THREESOME of 5 burpees, 5 ‘Mericans, and 5 WWII’s followed by a sprint to the flag post and back before returning to the deck for the next Pax to draw.

-All other cards resulted in Pax choice of exercise for the number of reps on the card plus 10.

After 45 min of pain: Recover, Recover

Proud of all of you gents for your effort today! Lots of core, ‘Mericans, Pull-up’s, running, and burpees. Pool Boy continues to impress since  his official naming. Hot Wheels is a beast. AM-PM did a standard and still got a gift of more running from YHC. He does a mean Richard Simmons impression (but seemed to struggle with the Clamshell though). We saw 9 Lives and Hippie as they did a drive by Mosey.
