Grab the blocks and go to the front of the gym.

Mosey to the binches 15 Dips IC

Mosey back to the blocks and do 15 skull crushers IC

Mosey to the pull up bars and do max pull ups

Mosey back to the blocks and do 15 trifectas IC

Mosey to the down under bars and do 

          10 hammer curls IC

          10 regular curls IC 

          10 reverse curls IC

Mosey back to the blocks 15 Curls IC

Abrams didn't want to run at the beginning. We only got about 1.6 miles. That doesn't really count as running does it.

I feel like there was some Mario Kart bombs dropping the whole workout

I know there was a whole lot more M/C, but I was busy trying to breath and remember what was next. I heard a lot of laughing and carrying on. Exactly the way it is supposed to be.
