  • Tater coming off of a vacation – looking strong as ever.  Must have been the altitude that kept you in top notch shape…or all of the hiking!
  • Saw Hulka yesterday in Da RR Hood and said, "hey you coming out tomorrow…?"  His wife replies – "he loves all the burpees you make him do."  He was committed at that point.  Good seeing you out there again, along with your doppleganger, 3-Way, nice work both of you!
  • I asked each of you in the beginning of the workout, after the disclaimer – "modify as needed, but do one more extra rep today, hold balls to the walls a little bit longer, run a little bit faster…."  Mission accomplished.  I saw some serious GRIT today by all of you.  Even Bullwinkle when I yelled at him for not pushing the rock across the lot and he replies – "I have a bad shoulder…" he then started pushing the rock!  Sorry BW about the bummed shoulder, and I now remember that from last time when we did Hellbarrows – heal up!  
  • Speaking of block pushes across the lot.  I dreamt this one up last month and now introduced it here to DUMC parking lot.  What a beauty pushing that rock one arm at a time from one speed bump to the next, and then back again.  Lots of BS calls on this one – #newfavoriteforYHC #2ndfavorite=bearcrawldownstadium
